I cannot recommend Curtis Rudolph enough! My business partner and I were looking for a house to rent while opening our new corporate headquarters. We called realtors for weeks, but virtually nobody would return our calls or requests for rental properties OR they didn't want to be bothered with a client that wasn't looking to buy a home. My business partner found Curtis on Zillow and not only did he call us back the same day, he worked with me tirelessly to find us our ideal rental. He stayed almost an hour past our appointment date because I was driving in 7 hours just to view the property. He helped us negotiate and close on the lease and then did a thorough walk-through with me and we documented the condition of the house and he sent me the photos via e-mail for our records when we move out.
